We asked for a “natural moisturiser” and the sales assistant sold us a product that contains synthetic ingredients such as paraffins and parabens, which are far from natural. The cream is produced in their own laboratory, so they should be fully aware of the composition.

When we realised the mistake and asked for a refund — while we were still inside the pharmacy — they refused to take the product back. This is highly disappointing, as we trusted their advice and expected transparency and responsibility from a pharmacy.

If you are looking for genuinely natural products, we recommend being very cautious when buying here.
