Bizarre experience. Charged me 23 euros for paracetamol or ibuprofen. Insisted that this was normal for Italy. I got a refund and went to the pharmacy around the corner where it cost 12 euros.

In my experience, this place is an absolute disgrace. The prices were outrageously inflated — about three times higher than what I pay anywhere else — and they still refused to give me a refund. To make it worse, the staff member I dealt with was aggressively rude, arrogant, and completely useless, turning a bad situation into an infuriating one.

Avoid at all costs. Found out the next day we had been charged double the rate of other pharmacies for two cold and flu medicines. ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF! Also, the receipt doesn’t itemise products so you can’t see what they’ve charged!

Warung! Hier wird man abgezockt! Ware nicht ausgezeichnet, an der Kasse wird man dann abgezockt. 1 Tag vorher haben wir in Rom in einem Supermarkt noch Ohrstöpsel gekauft für 1,90 Euro.
Die selben ohrstöpsel wollte unsere Freundin dann auch. In der besagten Apotheke waren diese im Regal, aber nicht ausgezeichnet. An der Kasse verlangte der Kassierer dann 11,90 Euro! Für 4 kleine schaumstoff Ohrstöpsel.

Je ne pensais pas qu'en Europe on pouvait se faire arnaquer dans une pharmacie... mais c'est bien le cas, alors méfiez vous! J'avais tellement mal que je n'ai pas réagi lorsque le pharmacien m'a annoncé le prix de 19,90€ pour une simple boîte de 12 comprimés effervescents de paracetamol. Je n'en reviens toujours pas! De plus, je viens de regarder sur internet et le prix moyen en Italie est d'environ 4,50€-7,70€, ce qui est très cher par rapport à la France mais dans tous les cas beaucoup moins que presque 20€. Attention donc aux voleurs déguisés en pharmaciens...

Il personale non parla e non capisce bene l’italiano, oltre ad essere palesemente senza alcuna formazione in quanto dopo aver chiesto alcuni dei farmaci da banco più comuni, la commessa (dubito sia una farmacista) mi ha risposto che non li ha mai sentiti nominare. Estremamente caro, conviene solo nelle urgenze ma bisogna essere fortunati, perché se il personale non conosce il farmaco che vi serve, potrebbe anche averlo nel cassetto, ma vi dirà che non lo ha. Altra cosa negativa: non passano mai la tessera sanitaria.
